ServSafe® training and certification is recognized by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety certification and meets or exceeds requirements for local regulatory compliance. It emphasizes the importance of preventing foodborne illness and ultimately an outbreak in the food service industry.
A Certified Instructor/Proctor will provide secure administration of ServSafe® Food Programs developed by NRA conducting 8 or 16 hours of classroom instruction and then administering the ServSafe® food safety 2 hour proctored exam.
Students can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
